2025 Camper Registration
Basic Registration Information
To register for camp, navigate to the 'parent portal section on the website and set up an account (or access your existing one)
We are encouraging families to register online. If you need someone to walk you through registration, or would prefer a paper form, contact campregistrar@episcopalvirginia.org.

POLICIES AND PROCEDURES:
-
Campers must be within the specified ages on the first day of their camp.
-
Campers are expected to be present for the entire session. They may not come late or leave early.
-
A $75 non-refundable deposit per camper per session must accompany the registration. (This will be applied to your total fee.) Registrations without deposits will not be processed. Make checks payable to Shrine Mont Camps.
-
All health forms are required as part of registration. These forms are required for ALL participants and MUST be returned NO LATER THAN June 1, 2024! (This does include adult individuals registered for Family Camp).

PLEASE NOTE:
Shrine Mont Camps is a wonderful experience for campers, however, there are some conditions that we are unable to accommodate. If you have questions or concerns regarding your child's health conditions, we strongly encourage you to contact James Williams prior to registering your camper.
-
The terrain at Shrine Mont is hilly and uneven, requiring some agility and stamina.
-
Inform us of necessary accommodations for dietary restrictions, health concerns, and any behavioral or developmental differences by May 15, 2025 so that we can prepare adequately.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
-
Cancellations should be made in writing.
-
We cannot refund your deposit after you are accepted, unless The Diocese of Virginia cancels the event.
-
For cancellations made less than two weeks before the first day of camp, a 50% penalty will be assessed. Cancellations made more than two weeks before the first day of camp receive a full refund, minus the $75 deposit. One exception to that would be a camper who is sick or has been exposed to COVID. We will work with families to make sure that they receive a refund in that scenario.

It is the explicit policy of Shrine Mont and the Diocese of Virginia that possession or use of controlled substances, nonprescription drugs, alcohol, tobacco, firearms, fireworks and dangerous weapons is prohibited at all youth camps and conferences.
