​Timeline for 2026 Staff Application Process:
January-March: Interviews
March-April: Employment onboarding and online training
May: Leadership teams begin planning and preparation

Employment Benefits:
1. Compensation + lodging + meals.
2. Children of staff (any position) can attend one session of camp (per child per same summer of employment) with free tuition ($75 registration deposit only).
3. Childcare (St. Nicholas Camp) is provided for children of professional staff members - during the majority of the day while they work on SMCs staff.
4. Personal spiritual development and counseling with dedicated Staff Chaplain.
5. Opportunity to meet with and seek counsel from diocesan Vocations Minister.
