Coming to camp for the first time can be very exciting, as well as daunting. Lils' Camp is designed for our youngest campers who are often learning how to be away from their family for the first time, and for those who are looking for a lil’ camp experience. We are always looking to welcome new families and campers into our camp community, and this is the perfect opportunity to get a smaller taste of Shrine Mont Camps, in just four really fun days!

 

Lils' Camp looks a lot like other camps at Shrine Mont. Campers sleep in cabins at Woodward campsite in the care of our well-trained staff, including an on-site nurse staff. The days are filled with games, swimming, activities, and exploring the trails around Shrine Mont. Evenings at camp wouldn’t be complete without exciting programs and bonfires…with s’mores of course! One night, campers and staff experience the fun and beauty of "glamping," which lets campers sleep outdoors, often in the pavilion, on their mattresses in the midst of candlelight and sounds of crickets.

Counselors support campers by helping them make new friends, try new activities, and leave with a small taste of God's love in the mountains!
